Accessibility

We aim to make the website and planning tools understandable, keyboard usable and readable on mobile devices. The website uses semantic headings, visible focus states, text alternatives and high-contrast colour combinations.

PDF documents

The current PDFs contain selectable text and document language metadata. They are not yet fully tagged for screen-reader navigation. This is a known limitation and a priority for a future accessible export.

Venue accessibility information

Our product does not replace current accessibility advice from the venue or transport operator. Confirm assistance, step-free routes, dimensions and event-specific access arrangements directly with the relevant official source.

The O2 currently requires a Nimbus Access Card or Digital Access Pass when booking accessible arena or indigo tickets. Accessible ticket rules and transfer restrictions can change, so check the official accessibility page before buying or changing a ticket.
